How does it work?

Our streamlined process will have your profiles active and ready for new visitors in no time! After you place your order, we'll email you a questionnaire. You'll use this form to tell us the business details we'll need to setup your new social media profiles. These are things like hours of operation, business name, phone number etc. Once we have your information, we’ll get to work setting up your requested profiles. If you chose the Setup + Content option, then we’ll also do a one-time upload of 60 pieces of quality content to each of your new profiles. Lastly, we'll send you an email with details on how to access your accounts and you'll be all set! 

Do I get to choose the content?

We’re here to save you time and the hassle of tracking down quality content to post. We have a carefully curated library of professional content specific to your field. When you place your Setup + Content order, we’ll choose 60 pieces to upload to your accounts. Although we choose all the content, you will have complete control over your accounts once we deliver your order. This means you are 100% free to delete any of our content and/or add some of your own.

How long does it take you post the content?

We post all 60 pieces at once, so your pages can be up and running as soon as possible.

Will the content be the same on both?

Yes, we’ll post the same content on each of the profiles we populate. 

What's your turn around time?

Our current delivery time is within 72 hours of when we receive your completed questionnaire.

How important is content, really?

Very. Having an established social media presence is about showing that you take your business seriously. If you want potential clients to also take you seriously, you don’t want them to find a ghost town when they visit your page. You need something to engage them and make you memorable. Providing quality content is the best way to do that.

Do I need to post ongoing content?

Visitors just want to see that you have taken the time to create a quality social media presence. This means having profiles and enough posts that they can scroll and see that you’re established. Beyond this initial set up, it’s 100% up to you whether you continue to post ongoing content but it's not needed. 

How do I access my new social media profiles?

After we complete your order we will email you the details on how to access your profiles.

Can I provide you with my profile and/or cover photo?

Yes! In the questionnaire, we include the option to either provide us with your choice of a profile and/or cover photo or to have us upload a generic photo related to your field.

Can I choose my username?

Our questionnaire will ask for your preferred username. However, many usernames are already taken so your preference may not be available. In this case we’ll get as close as we can. We may add an underscore, your state code or the city your business operates in or another variation. For example, if your preferred username is acmechiropractic and that’s not available, we may try variations like: acme_chiropractic, _acmechiropractic, acmechiropractictx or acmechiropracticdallas. If you don’t love the name we chose, you can log into your social media account and change your username at any time.

Which social media platforms do you work with?

Primarily we work with Facebook and Instagram but we are happy to get you set up with any social media account you’d like. Just contact us and we’ll get you taken care of.

Do I need both Facebook and Instagram?

We highly recommend that you have an account on both Facebook and Instagram. A huge percentage of customers say they have searched for companies on both social media platforms. You could be missing out on these clients if you’re not there.

What if I want to change something after the setup is complete?

If you would like to make adjustments to anything in your profiles after we have delivered them, you have a couple of options. The first is to log into your social media accounts and make the adjustments yourself. The other option is to contact us and we’ll be happy to make the changes for a small fee.
